At Sparkle Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
