What is the average shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental UK.
Do your lights come with bulbs included?
While many of our fixtures include high-quality LED bulbs, please check the 'Specifications' section on the individual product page to confirm if bulbs are included with that specific model.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day window for returns. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned for a refund.
Are your lighting products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Sparkle Lighting products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your home stays bright and beautiful.
Can I use your lighting fixtures with a dimmer switch?
Many of our pendant and ceiling lights are dimmable, provided you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Compatibility details are listed in the product descriptions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the UK and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout.
